Return, Refund and Exchange Policies:

  • Exchange is only available if the product is received as damaged. Size difference does not come under it.
  • For exchanging a product the unpacking video must be send to the provided number (8620864145) via Whatsapp within twenty-four hours of delivery. A clear unpacking video must be done once you received the product while opening it for the first time.
  • The buyer must send the defective/faulty material to our official address i.e. , JONAKEE(Sumona) 25/B Mohinath Porel Lane, Salkia, Howrah, West Bengal, Pin 711106. After we receive the material and the verification of the video (as per as mentioned in point 2) we will send returned product against it or refund the billing amount. The whole process may takes 3 to 10 working (after we receive the material) depend upon the availability of the material.
  • The buyer needs to send the parcel to us with the intact product, unworn or unused, with tags undamaged. You’ll also requested to keep the receipt or proof of purchase. The buyer must provide a photograph or details of the billing of the parcel along with the unpacking video.
  • Choose your size and fit wisely as we abide by the following- no exchange is provided in case of issues with sizes of blouses as our have margins inside and can be altered to the next size. (MENTIONED IN 1st POINT)
  • We will only alter the size of the punjabis in case of size issue, after we receive the product delivered by us in exact conditions.
  • Please feel free to ask in case of any doubt or clarification about our product. No color explanation/clarification/ quarries will be entertained after 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • For every product wash care note is given specifically. In any color distortion happens due to any specific reason whatsoever, we will not be responsible to change it.
  • The buyer cannot return, exchange or cancel the product after customization.
  • We unfortunately don’t have any exchange policy for international customers.

Customers’ customized designs are not made at all. Customized products are not to be refunded/returned. .

Our garments are made with utmost care and attention, we work to provide you with the best fit. Before choosing a size for yourself, we suggest you are confident enough about the size or just try a perfectly fitted outfit. We have a range of sizes available for you to choose from. We encourage all body types and bring our fashion to make you happy from within. So, go ahead and choose the best.

Sizes for various products vary accordingly :

Blouse size : In the case of blouses, an inner margin is always added, and accordingly you can choose your best fit. Our blouse depends on the bust size. Alterations are to be done by you, according to your requirements. Our blouses are made not depending on the body size, so always choose a size bigger than your regular size. Dress Size : Available sizes range from XS to XXL. Alterations are to be done according to your own requirements. Punjabi/Kurta Size Range : 38 – 46 inches. Dhuti: We do not provide ready-to-wear Dhutis. It comes in its original unstitched form. For products, if you are opting for a bigger size than what is provided within our range, pricing will differ accordingly. For further information, you need to talk to the assistant. Feel free to contact us to get clarity on size guidance as we do not have a return/refund policy.

Production Time :

Hereby we have a Production Time for every product which depends on the type of the product and the stock.
  • Saree: 10-15 Days
  • Blouse: 10-15 Days
  • Kurta: 10-15 Days
  • Dress: 10-15 Days
  • Dhuti: 10-15 Days
If stock is available, you will get the product 2-3 working days, else you need to give us the production time.

Colour Specifications :

Colour may slightly vary from the images due to the screen brightness. The pictures are shot mostly in the daylight. If at all you face any issues, feel free to ask

Wash-care Instructions  :

  • We suggest dry cleaning only.
  • Every product is pre-washed.
  • If washed with normal detergent and the product bloats out, it’s not our responsibility.
  • We do not take guarantee of the colour.
